Our Story

In 2021, we sold our ski and snowboard business to Backcountry.com. After 16 seasons building something from scratch, walking away from that chapter meant figuring out what came next. We didn't plan on real estate. We planned on betting on ourselves again.

Real estate turned out to be the right fit — because the skills that made us successful before translate directly. Chip's negotiation background. Kasidy's design instincts. Our shared connection to the mountain communities we've called home for years.

We live in Mountain Green. We ski Snowbasin. We work every day in the communities we're talking about — because this isn't a territory we cover. It's home.
