Chip brings a world-class business background and entrepreneurial spirit to Utah real estate. He holds an MBA, is fluent in Japanese and has negotiated nine-figure deals during his tenure in the global automotive industry. After his corporate career, he followed his passion for the mountains and founded Marty’s Ski & Board Shop in Park City which was sold after 16 successful seasons. Chip’s strong analytical mind and level head ensures an enjoyable sales experience even during the toughest negotiations.

Chip’s deep Utah roots stretch back to Cache Valley, where his family ran a multi-generational farm equipment business. Whether he's fly fishing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or closing deals, Chip combines a lifetime of business acumen with a deep love of Utah’s mountain lifestyle.

Kasidy

With a background in education and a natural flair for design, Kasidy is the creative and organizational force behind The Bullen Group. A graduate of Utah State University with a degree in Elementary Education, Kasidy spent years teaching before pivoting into entrepreneurship and real estate. Her strengths in staging homes, reading people, and negotiating with grace make her an indispensable part of every transaction. Equal parts warm and driven, Kasidy is known for her keen eye for aesthetics, strong work ethic, and ability to turn vision into reality — whether transforming a property for the market or navigating a complex deal.

Kasidy grew up near Bear Lake in southern Idaho where her mother sold real estate and designed interiors. She now thrives in Mountain Green, Utah, where she balances family life, business, and creativity. She’s an avid snowboarder, artist, and fly fisher who brings passion and precision to everything she touches.
